In the event that we are unable to deliver your Yard Card due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be made if the wrong address is given. An additional fee will be charged to move the display to the correct address.
A 48 hour notice is required for a full refund in the form of a credit for future use. If inside the 48 hour window, you can receive a 50% refund in the form of a credit to use at a future date.
No refunds will be given due to the homeowner, business owner or security officer requesting us to remove the lawn display, prevents us from setting up or asks us to pick up the display before the end of the rental period.
No refunds will be given due to any animals (i.e. dogs loose in the yard) that prevent the display from being set up.

Rental Agreement

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

By placing an order, you agree to Meadville Yard Cards Rental Policy Agreement. Please review the terms carefully.

I. MEADVILLE YARD CARDS PROPERTY & RIGHTS

All elements of the yard card display are for rental only and are property of Meadville Yard Cards.
Please be aware a company sign with Meadville Yard Cards will be placed in the lawn with the yard card display, please do not move or hide our sign.
We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes.
Meadville Yard Cards reserves the right to politely decline orders that we deem political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

II. YARD & LAWN REQUIREMENTS

Only front yards are permitted. No backyard displays will be permitted.
If weather permits (summer/fall), we ask that you please water your lawn thoroughly 12 to 24 hours before installation to permit an atmosphere for sign installation. After watering thoroughly please turn off any sprinkler systems for the duration of the display.
If your sign display is scheduled during the winter months, please refrain from shoveling, snow blowing or plowing snow directly near the yard signs. You will be liable for full replacement if they are damaged under these circumstances.
Please have the grass cut (when in season) before our installers come to setup.
Please notify yard service companies of no service for the duration of the yard card display.

III. INSTALLATION OF THE YARD CARD DISPLAY

For the safety of our installers, we require that (1) one adult must be home where the display is to be set up and know that we are coming. We do not want to frighten anyone or jeopardize our safety.

IV. TREATMENT OF THE YARD CARD DISPLAY

We encourage you to pose next to the yard card display to take photographs of your celebration for social media and etc. Feel free to tag us @MeadvilleYardCards.
DO NOT PULL ANY ELEMENTS OF THE YARD CARD DISPLAY FROM THE GROUND OR MOVE ANY ELEMENTS OF THE YARD CARD DISPLAY. Moving yard card displays may result in a fee.
Due to safety concerns, DO NOT allow anyone, especially children to play on or around the yard card display signs. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
Do not attach balloons, streamers, adhesive or other items to any part of the yard card display as they can damage our yard signs.

V. REMOVAL OF THE YARD CARD DISPLAY

Please leave the yard card installed so we may pick it up without someone being home. If you need us to pick it early, please call 814-580-8177 and we will try to accommodate you. DO NOT REMOVE IT YOURSELF.

VI. LIABILITY

Meadville Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the installation, rental and pickup time period.
Meadville Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any damage done to the lawn by the yard card display, for example: holes put in the grass, damage to underground sprinkler system, etc.
Meadville Yard Cards is NOT responsible for local ordinances violations, HOA ordinance violations or landlord violations. Please check with your local city/township/HOA/landlords for any local ordinances in relation to yard card displays.

VII. PAYMENT & FEES

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Your credit card information will be held on file until the rental event is completed.
Vandalized, missing, stolen, moved lawn display signs or damages that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, weed-whackers, string trimmers and individuals playing on or around signs and metal stakes will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.
Missing Item Fees:
1. $35.00 for per vandalized, missing, damaged or stolen yard signs
2. $5.00 per vandalized, missing, damaged or stolen metal sign stakes
