Q: How long in advance do I have to make a reservation?

A: We ask that you make reservations at least 48 hours in advance if at all possible. The earlier we get your request, the better, as we can customize easier with enough notice.

 

Q: Where do you service?

A: We service Meadville, PA and surrounding areas. Other nearby towns may be delivered to with an additional delivery fee depending on your location.

 

Q: When do you deliver and when do you pick up?

A: We begin deliveries after 4:00 p.m. the evening before the event (For example, 7:30 p.m.).  Pickups begin after dusk on the night of the event (For example, 6:00 p.m.).

Q: What Happens if the weather is bad?

A: We will do our best to assess the weather situation to give enough notice if there is a need to change plans. We do deliver in all forms of weather but will use our best judgement to decide if a cancellation is needed so that our inventory will not be damaged and/or our employees will be able to safely deliver and pick up. In the event that we are unable to deliver your Yard Card due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.

 

Q: Can the signs be set up at a different time?

A: As much as we want to customize times for each customer, we stick to the previous times mentioned to keep equality throughout business.  During periods of less demand, we MAY be able to work out different times. Please contact us to see if we can make arrangements.

Q: How does the order process work?

After you fill the order request form out, we will invoice you via email if we are able to fulfill your request.  You can pay via square by clicking on the invoice and an updated “Paid” invoice will be sent back to you once payment is received. Your booking date is not secure until payment is paid in full.
